"Kind of Hit or Miss"
The kids ended up liking it, so that part was definitely a win. But the service was really slow, which made the whole experience feel a bit hit or miss. I’d probably give it another try, but hopefully the wait is better next time

"Big Portions, Happy Me"
I’ll admit I’m a little biased because I love a place that doesn’t skimp on portions, but this spot really delivered. The servings were huge, I had plenty left to take home, and the price felt totally fair for what I got. I left full and happy, I’d give 5 stars for the serving size alone.

The servers were super nice when they did come by, but I felt a little ignored for most of the visit. It took a while to get anyone’s attention, so the experience was kind of mixed for me.

"Too Loud for a Comfortable Dinner"
The food was fine, nothing terrible, but the whole vibe kind of threw me off. It was really loud inside and felt packed even though we weren’t there super late. Places like this always seem to crank the music up way too high, and then nobody can actually have a normal conversation. The tables also felt really close together, so it didn’t feel very relaxed. Not the worst spot ever, but I probably wouldn’t pick it again for a comfortable dinner.

I’ve ordered from here twice now, takeout once and delivery another night—and both times were smooth. I’m usually loyal to my go-to comfort food place, so I wasn’t expecting to be swayed, but this was a nice surprise. The food was still warm, everything was packed well, and the pot pie was definitely my favorite. The delivery driver found my place without any issues too, which isn’t always a given. No real complaints from me, and I’d definitely order again.

I stopped in for drinks after doing a bunch of errands that took way longer than they should have, and overall I was happy with what I ordered. My cocktail tasted fresh and wasn’t overly sweet, which is usually my biggest complaint with places like this. One round did come out a little weak compared to the first, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but I still enjoyed it. I’d definitely come back and order drinks here again.

"Good Food, Way Too Long of a Wait"
The food was actually good, but the wait felt like it took forever. Maybe it was just the day I went, but it definitely made me think this place is probably always a bit slow. I’d go back for the food, but only if I wasn’t in a hurry.

"They actually took my dairy allergy seriously"
I told them about my dairy allergy, i was ready to have to explain it over and over like I usually do. So many places act like it’s no big deal, or they say they’ll check and then barely check anything, which is so frustrating. But here, the server was really chill and actually went back to check everything for me. I didn’t feel like I was being annoying, and I didn’t have to keep complaining or repeating myself the whole time. It was just nice to feel safe eating out for once

I ordered online and was relieved that the final amount on my card matched what I saw at checkout, tax and tip included. I’m always a little wary of surprise fees popping up after the fact, so it was nice not feeling like I lost a few extra dollars for no reason.
The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is that the emailed receipt took longer than expected to show up. I ended up checking my bank app just to make sure everything was okay, but in the end the bill was accurate.

"Almost Perfect Order"
Everything in my order was exactly as expected, which I really appreciated. Compared to other places I’ve ordered from, they did a good job getting everything right, the only thing missing was napkins

I brought my dog along what I mostly remember is that the patio was comfortable and dog-friendly. The staff were nice, too. I’m trying not to dwell on the slow service, but the water bowl did show up later than I expected. The food was fine, nothing I’m still thinking about. Overall, a decent spot if you’ve got your dog with you, just not somewhere I’d call amazing.

"Easy spot with a little bit of everything"
I’ve been to Lazy Dog a handful of times now, and the menu is kind of the main reason I keep going back. There’s just a lot on it, burgers, bowls, pasta, salads, comfort food, all that. Last time, my friend went with something lighter and I ended up getting the chicken pot pie, which was huge and really good. I don’t remember what everyone else ordered, but nobody seemed disappointed. It’s also nice because they’ve got kids stuff and plenty of drink options, so it works when you’re with a group and no one can decide. Definitely a 5-star spot for me.

"Rewards could be better"
I do like the food, and we’ve been going there for a while, but the rewards thing just hasn’t really felt worth it. Maybe I’m missing something, but the points seem to build up super slowly, and the offers I’ve gotten aren’t usually ones I’d actually use. I also had a hard time finding the reward in the app the last time, which was kind of annoying. It’s not terrible or anything, I just expected a little more since we go often.

Came in with the kids, and the staff was great. They checked on us a bunch, kept the drinks refilled fast, and never made us feel like we had to hurry up and get out. Super calm experience, which I definitely always am when dining with children. Really nice visit overall.
